Google Chrome users must disable the built-in Google PDF Reader in order to submit the MAHQ Membership Form online. Follow these steps:
1. Open a window in the Google Chrome browser.
2. In the address line, type about:plugins
3. Find "Chrome PDF Viewer" on the plugin list and click on Disable.
4. Return to the MAHQ Membership Form to complete and submit online.
